Your Visit and Access
Please note that we endeavour to keep to our set opening times, however due to severe weather conditions there is a possibility that one or more sites will be closed. Please call us before you visit to check the sites are open.
Museums Luton is committed to ensuring that our museums, buildings, sites, programmes and services are accessible for all visitors. We are committed to sensory, physical, intellectual and cultural access, and to working with communities to make improvements.
We currently work with disabled people as part of the museums’ Access Advisory Group who have a direct input into the development of the service. If you would like to join the group, or would like more information about our consultation work, please contact the Outreach Coordinator on 01582 546728 or email museumsoutreach@lutonculture.com
There are many aspects of the service which are accessible, but we recognise there are areas which need further improvements. We are actively working on these issues and to help you plan a great day out to any of our museums, we have created the above downloadable access information leaflets.
If you require any more information, contact the Outreach Co-ordinator, or contact our venues for advice on making the most of your visit. Our staff will be able to discuss your particular requirements and interests.
